Qnarlab is a growing digital solutions agency providing web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing services to clients globally. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to help us expand our global footprint, particularly in Europe, the USA, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Generate high-quality leads through various channels
  • Create proposals, business plans, and pitch decks tailored to client needs
  • Lead negotiations and close deals successfully
  • Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, design) to deliver quality solutions
  • Track sales activities and performance using CRM tools
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Represent the company in online meetings, networking events, and conferences
Job Specification
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales (ideally in a tech/digital agency)
  • Strong understanding of international markets (Europe, America, Australia)
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
  • Ability to create and execute end-to-end sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet defined targets
