Qnarlab is a growing digital solutions agency providing web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing services to clients globally. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to help us expand our global footprint, particularly in Europe, the USA, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels
- Create proposals, business plans, and pitch decks tailored to client needs
- Lead negotiations and close deals successfully
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, design) to deliver quality solutions
- Track sales activities and performance using CRM tools
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Represent the company in online meetings, networking events, and conferences
Job Specification
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales (ideally in a tech/digital agency)
- Strong understanding of international markets (Europe, America, Australia)
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
- Ability to create and execute end-to-end sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet defined targets
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
- Experience in B2B tech sales
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or SaaS products
- Previous experience working with startups or agencies
- Understanding of proposal writing and contract negotiation
