A leading company in Information Technology and Services is looking for a focused and driven sales professional to manage existing client relationships and develop new ones. This role involves responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and strategizing for sales growth. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, be target-driven, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
Sustain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
Responding to incoming emails and telephonic inquiries professionally.
Record and update your daily sales and orders information which will be sent to the Team Leader before leaving the office.
Develop strategies for expanding client portfolio and negotiate on prices and delivery to close your sales with new clients.
Responding to client’s emails after office timings - Can we at work facility or from home
Review your own performance in order to aim yourself to meet or exceed your monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Keep a strong follow-up from your clients making sure that no client is left un-responded
Work in a team and as an individual and share your best practices with your colleagues
