We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the IT/software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, crafting compelling proposals, and converting prospects into clients, especially via platforms like Upwork. Strong communication skills and a performance-driven attitude are essential to meet monthly targets and support the company’s growth.

Location: Karachi

Experience: 1–2 Years

Shift Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate quality leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Write tailored and persuasive proposals for IT services and solutions, ensuring high response rates.

Maintain and manage client communication from initial outreach to project acquisition.

Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and client acquisition.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility.

Keep track of bidding activities, pipeline status, and ongoing opportunities.

Stay updated on market trends and client needs to adapt outreach strategies.

Job Specification:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of proven experience in business development in the IT or software services industry.

Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar freelancing/lead platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong proposal writing and sales pitch skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.

Familiarity with software development services will be a plus.
