We are on a mission to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth:Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through new client acquisition, upselling to existing clients, and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement:Identify potential clients and conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings to pitch our services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Market Research:Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the design and mobile app development industry.
  • Team Management:Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve team goals.
  • Platform Utilization:Utilize platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant sites to source leads and manage projects. Understand the intricacies of these platforms to maximize their potential.
  • Sales Process Management:Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Reporting:Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Networking:Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build relationships and promote our brand.
Requirements:
  • Experience:Proven experience in business development, particularly in design and mobile app sales. Demonstrated success in generating revenue and managing client relationships.
  • Design & Mobile Apps:Solid understanding of the design and mobile app development industries. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Team Leadership:Experience in leading and managing a team, with strong organizational and motivational skills.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Sales Skills:Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Additional Skills:Knowledge of additional languages, familiarity with CRM software, and experience with digital marketing strategies are a plus.
