Responsibilities

The Role

You’ll own end-to-end B2B sales across platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, and outbound (email/DM/calls). From prospecting to proposal to close, you’ll build a healthy pipeline and land high-value, high-margin deals.

What You’ll Do
  • Hunt and close international B2B clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, outbound email, and calls
  • Qualify prospects (budget, timeline, scope), run discovery calls, and craft winning proposals
  • Respond rapidly to Upwork jobs/RFPs; maintain high response rates & profile strength
  • Negotiate pricing & terms, close deals, and hand off cleanly to delivery teams
  • Maintain a CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive or similar), forecast weekly, and report pipeline KPIs
  • Create/reuse sales assets: case studies, pitch decks, offer templates
  • Collaborate with tech/marketing leads to scope eCommerce (Shopify/Woo/Headless), Web Dev, SEO/PPC/SMM, and AI/automation projects
What You’ll Bring

  • 90 days: consistent monthly net-new revenue and repeatable win rates (targets agreed in offer)
