As the sole Senior Business Analyst you will fulfill the duties of a Portfolio/Project Manager and will have end-to-end project management responsibilities of multiple projects. He/she will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project and management of the project team and its activities on a day-to-day basis.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;* Project initiation activities including development of project charters, project objectives and deliverables and resource planning;* Detailed project planning activities including project scoping, team planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication planning and risk identification, etc.;* Project execution and control activities including quality assurance and control, issue resolution, risk monitoring & control, compliance management, change management, team development, performance reporting, exception management and communications;* Project closure activities including gaining formal customer acceptance, financial and procurement closure, lessons learned and documentation archiving.

Job Specification
