We are seeking applications for Business Analyst role at UBL Head Office, Karachi. The role involves working with data, thinking through complex problems, and turning numbers into clear, actionable insight. This is a high-visibility role with real influence on how decisions are made across the bank.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with large and varied datasets to produce accurate, timely analysis, including sourcing data from multiple systems, validating it, and reconciling inconsistencies before drawing conclusions
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting so that recurring analysis runs without manual effort, and continuously improve existing reports as requirements evolve
• Track key business metrics on an ongoing basis, understand the drivers behind their movement, and proactively highlight trends or anomalies that require attention
• Translate business questions into a clear analytical approach, and present findings in a structured, decision-ready format supported by sound reasoning
• Respond to business queries with well-supported, defensible answers, and be prepared to explain the assumptions and methodology behind them

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Accounting and Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related) from a reputable institution
• 1-2 year of experience
