Job summary

Al Abbasi Enterprises in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Bulldozer Operator for a long-term project with Aramco Contractors. You will operate heavy equipment, follow safety protocols, and contribute to earthworks and infrastructure tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant bulldozer operating experience.
• Practical experience operating heavy machinery.
• Proven ability to operate bulldozers confidently on construction, earthworks, infrastructure, or industrial sites.
• Knowledge of clearing, rough grading, leveling, trench backfilling, spreading, and material pushing techniques.
• Understanding of equipment controls, safe operating limits, pre-start inspections, and shutdown procedures.
• Ability to judge terrain, slopes, ground conditions, visibility, and working clearances.
• Competence in identifying abnormal sounds, leaks, wear, and other signs requiring mechanical attention.
• Effective communication with supervisors and site crews.
• Recognized heavy equipment operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers on construction, earthworks, infrastructure, or industrial sites.
• Perform clearing, rough grading, leveling, trench backfilling, spreading, and material pushing.
• Follow safe operating limits, pre-start inspections, shutdown procedures, PPE requirements, site safety procedures, housekeeping, and incident reporting.
• Assess terrain, slopes, ground conditions, visibility, and working clearances.
• Identify abnormal sounds, leaks, wear, and other signs requiring mechanical attention.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and site crews and follow instructions.
• Work outdoors in demanding conditions with physical stamina, reliability, and punctuality.
