Job description

Our construction company in Lahore is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators and cranes. In this role you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment to complete various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. We do not provide accommodation but we do offer visa sponsorship for non-Lahore residents.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including bulldozers excavators and cranes
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
• Read and interpret blueprints and other project specifications
• Adhere to project deadlines and complete tasks within given timeframes

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role in the construction industry
• Knowledge of different types of heavy machinery and their functions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time

Preferred

• Certification or training in operating heavy equipment
• Experience working on construction projects in Lahore
• Proficiency in Urdu or Punjabi for effective communication with team members
