SPERTON - Where Great People Meet is seeking a sales-forward luxury fashion advisor for our premium bridal and formal wear studio in Lahore. You will engage walk-in clients, understand budgets, suggest bridal looks, and drive sales with a focus on client experience.

The role requires excellent Urdu and English communication, polished presentation, and a passion for high-end fashion. You will collaborate with studio teams to ensure flawless styling and timely delivery for special events.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, premium, or designer fashion retail is required.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Excellent client-handling with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in clients with a premium hospitality experience.
• Understand client requirements, budget, event date, and style preferences.
• Recommend and present suitable bridal and formal wear collections.
• Drive sales through effective pitching, cross-selling, negotiation, and closing.
• Achieve daily and monthly walk-in sales targets.
• Manage bridal and formal wear trials, including dupatta draping and styling assistance.
• Take accurate measurements and record customizations on order forms.
• Ensure careful handling and presentation of luxury garments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, fragrant, and visually appealing studio.
• Ensure dresses are steamed, tagged, and arranged correctly.
• Maintain daily walk-in records and track closed/lost clients with reasons.
• Share weekly feedback on customer preferences and in-demand designs.
• Coordinate with Head Office and Production regarding order and delivery timelines.

What We’re Looking For in You:

• Previous experience in luxury, premium, or designer fashion retail is mandatory.
• Experience with similar designer brands is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bridal styling and dupatta draping.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills in Urdu and English.
• Well-groomed, confident, and highly presentable.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing luxury environment.
