Job summary

Buildberg in Pakistan seeks a Creative Designer (Brand & Social) to define visuals for the company and its founders, writing brand guidelines from scratch and managing daily social channels. This build-from-zero role is in-office in Lahore or Multan and targets recent graduates with initiative.

You will own the brand end-to-end with minimal direction and showcase self-initiated work. You will create company creatives, personal brand visuals for founders, develop templates, and drive a coherent

Qualifications

• A portfolio that shows real design work (coursework, freelance, club or society work, or personal projects all count).
• Comfortable in a design tool you can move fast in - Figma, Canva, or the Adobe suite.
• A point of view on design - you can explain why a layout works, not just that it looks nice.
• Strong written English for captions, hooks, and short-form copy.
• Organized enough to run a content calendar without being chased.
• Currently studying, or recently graduated, and able to work in-office in Lahore or Multan.
• Available for at least 3 months, with the intent to go full-time if it is a fit on both sides.

Responsibilities

• Create creatives for the company: social posts, carousels, ad visuals, website graphics, decks.
• Develop personal brand creatives for founders: LinkedIn carousels and thumbnails.
• Draft and codify brand guidelines: logo usage, color, typography, imagery, tone.
• Shape creative strategy and day-to-day social content planning and calendar.
