Qualifications

• Organized, budget-conscious, and proactive in bringing creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce engaging social media posts, employee spotlights, office culture features, and short-form video content.
• Merchandise Designing: Design branded merchandise for internal teams, hiring events, and culture initiatives.
• Events & Engagement: Coordinate university outreach, career fairs, and company events while capturing media content.
• Funds Management: Track and manage allocated budgets for marketing campaigns, event execution, and merchandise production.
• Analytics & Trends: Monitor social media engagement, track campaign performance metrics, and research industry trends to optimize future strategy.
