  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, documentation, and workflow optimization in a fast‑paced, global environment.
  • Support onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies, including data gathering, vendor coordination, and employee transition into Banyan’s benefits programs.
  • Contribute to building structure, consistency, and scalability across global benefits operations.
Qualifications for Success

  • 2–6 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end benefits processes, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and issue resolution.
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑country benefits programs or working across different regions and time zones.
  • High diligence with a proven record of maintaining data accuracy and quality.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify discrepancies, and support reporting.
