Bark Specialist - Lead Generation & Job Applications

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for an experienced Bark Specialist who understands how to effectively use Bark.com to identify relevant job opportunities, generate qualified leads, and submit high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at searching and monitoring Bark for the right opportunities, quickly evaluating leads, extracting relevant information, and preparing tailored applications that maximize the chances of getting a response. This is a results-driven lead generation and application role. Success will be measured by the quality and relevance of leads identified, the accuracy of applications submitted, response rates, and qualified opportunities generated.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Bark.com regularly to identify new and relevant job opportunities and customer requests
• Search, filter, and identify leads that closely match our company's services and target customers
• Review each opportunity carefully before applying
• Collect and organize relevant lead information accurately
• Use appropriate tools and processes to efficiently research and qualify leads
• Prepare personalized, professional applications for each suitable opportunity
• Tailor proposals and responses based on the customer's specific requirements
• Prioritize high-quality opportunities instead of submitting generic applications
• Track submitted applications, responses, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Maintain accurate lead and application records
• Identify patterns and opportunities that can improve application success rates
• Follow up on promising leads when appropriate
• Continuously improve search, qualification, and application strategies based on results

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience using Bark.com for lead generation, job searching, or service-provider applications
• Strong understanding of how Bark leads and customer requests work
• Experience identifying high-quality leads from a large volume of opportunities
• Strong web research and data-scraping/data-extraction skills
• Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems, browser tools, or other lead-management tools
• Excellent written English and the ability to write professional, persuasive applications
