Job summary

BLACKFORGE Coffee Co. is seeking a skilled Barista to join our café team in Karachi. You will prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, frappes, iced lattes, smoothies, and other beverages while delivering professional customer service.

The role is full-time and on-site in Karachi, with a morning shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Ideal candidates have prior barista experience and strong knowledge of coffee techniques and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous barista or café experience preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso preparation and basic coffee techniques.
• Ability to prepare coffee, matcha, frappes, smoothies, iced lattes, and other beverages.
• Ability to operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
