Job description

We are a well‑established coffee shop in Karachi Pakistan and we are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Coffee Specialist you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences.
• Educate customers about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods and flavor profiles.
• Ensure consistent quality in every cup by closely following recipes and using proper techniques.
• Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk and other supplies.
• Keep the coffee bar area clean, organized and well‑stocked at all times.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point‑of‑sale system.
• Process payments from customers in a timely manner.
• Create latte art or other designs to enhance the presentation of drinks (optional).

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods and flavor profiles.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

We are offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full‑time position.
