Job description

The company is a payment system provider with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses.

We are currently looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our team, the main tasks are to sell our products to different B2B clients in the FinTech Markets of Pakistan and Bangladesh and provide onboarding and support to them.

Main responsibilities:

  • To acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged;
  • To maintain relationships and provide ongoing account support to existing clients;
  • To conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.);
  • To achieve forecasted sales and retention goals;
  • To notify clients of unforeseen delays or other complications, and facilitate suitable interventions;
  • To attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
Job Specification
  • 3+ years experience in the payment industry/ payment systems provider (KAM/Sales) is a must;
  • Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in Pakistan and Bangladesh;
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • English and Urdu or Bengal languages are not lower than Upper-Intermediate (an additional foreign language will be an advantage).
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
