Job summary: B2B appointment setter. Work from anywhere you have internet connectivity (and a phone). 24 to 32 hours per week. Additional team and culture bonuses available from time to time. Our Company is a growing team of B2B sales and marketing experts based in Australia and servicing clients across Australia and New Zealand.
Our clients range from professional and financial services firms, through to tech start-ups, in a variety of industries from Mergers and Acquisitions, to sustainability to workplace safety, insurance broking, to event management. We work with business leaders, owners, client directors and sales teams to keep their pipelines filled to the brim, help them convert as many opportunities as possible, and their sales teams performing at their peak.

About this role: You will build a pipeline of leads and opportunities for our clients by using the prospect list(s) we provide, opening a dialogue primarily by phone with email as a backup tool, asking key questions to understand their situation and needs, capturing and storing key information, securing face-to-face new business appointments with qualified prospects, and following up post appointment and recording notes and actions. You will also be expected to monitor pipeline health, seek new leads ahead of time, identify opportunities for improvement for both Our Company and your clients, and perform other ad hoc tasks as required. Maintain an excellent CRM and accurately record all activity. You will nurture your pipeline and organise follow-up meetings where necessary or notify client directors when they should do so.
How we will help you succeed: Full training will be provided; ongoing support including weekly (or daily as needed) role play and in-call support; all scripts and email templates (your feedback will help improve these over time).
We will consider applicants with a minimum of 3 years of B2B appointment setting experience, and with the following key attributes: personable, confident, and eloquent; at home talking to senior business owners, C-suite, and leadership teams; disciplined, organised and self-motivated; happy to pick up the phone and speak to someone you’ve never met; a great listener with the ability to ask pertinent questions; calm and assured – comfortable in your own skin; have a great speaking voice; unfazed by ‘no’; team player; and, our 5 foundational behaviours will resonate with who you are.
