Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics or Business Administration.
• Medical Fitness: normal colour vision; fitness for confined spaces and heights; pass initial medical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders for spare parts, tools and equipment and place orders with suppliers.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Warehouse organization to ensure safe storage and traceability.
• Maintain records and inventory movements using TMS and packing lists.
• Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies; ensure safety standards.
• Identify Aircraft Part Numbers and Serial Numbers.
• Plan and schedule inbound/outbound transportation for spare parts and calibration tools.
• Coordinate with customs clearing agents and manage documentation for shipments.
• Optimize logistics system for spare parts and calibration within AKF helicopter operations.
