Job summary

KnowledgeCity seeks a Product Engineer who owns a product domain end-to-end, from discovery to deployment, using an AI-native delivery model. You will direct AI agents across delivery disciplines, ensuring production-ready outcomes with high velocity and quality.

The role emphasizes enterprise-grade delivery discipline, UX accountability, and customer-focused outcomes. The ideal candidate is autonomous, ships frequently, maintains production stability, and reports to the Program Delivery

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, engineering management, or closely related field.
Proven track record shipping end-to-end products with production quality.
Experience across software engineering, product management, UX or QA.
Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools and evaluating AI outputs.
Strong ownership of post-deploy validation and deployment health.

Responsibilities

Own the complete lifecycle of an assigned product domain from discovery to deployment.
Direct and orchestrate a full suite of AI agents across delivery disciplines.
Deliver production-ready improvements with a high-velocity, quality-first cadence.
Own production outcomes, perform post-deploy validation, and manage regressions.
Maintain release governance, cross-environment testing, and rollback readiness.
Own UX quality, evaluate customer workflows, and conduct regular UX audits.
Ensure comprehensive documentation accompanies every feature.
