Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Lahore seeks an experienced project engineer to oversee DCS and PLC systems design and implementation. Key responsibilities include directing engineers, performing design reviews, and ensuring project accuracy. Job description

A Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

Establish understanding about project requirements and study specifications
Perform clean sheet design of DCS and or PLC /HMI systems
Program/Configure DCS and PLC systems (know at least 2 manufacturers)
Direct project engineers and distribute work load
Provide technical guidance to project team on PLC/ DCS projects
Perform Control Panel Design (mechanical and electrical)
Verify each activity to ensure the accuracy and health of project
Provide current status to project manager, as and when required
Ensure that available QMS is maintained and effectively implemented
Involve in design and internal testing of DCS and PLC systems
Thoroughly review and approve all design documents and drawings
Maintain the communication hierarchy among project team, as desired by project manager
Have adequate knowledge on INTECH’s procurement, material processes
Maintain and update the project plan, schedule
Lead Factory Acceptance Testing(FAT)and guide engineers to set up FAT
Travel to project sites, as and when required
Provide assistance for timely and accurate Invoicing
Follow up for all pending tasks and activities

Job Specification

Hands on working experience with Instruments, Multiple DCS systems, PLCs and HMI sustems is a must have
