Job summary

Siza Internationals Pvt. Ltd. in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an experienced International Sourcing professional to identify, evaluate and procure APIs, finished dosage forms, excipients and packaging materials for global supply chains.

You will coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Commercial teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective and timely supply, negotiate terms, and monitor supplier performance to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years international sourcing/procurement experience in pharmaceuticals or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, finished dosage forms, excipients and packaging materials sourcing.
• Experience negotiating international commercial terms, MOQs, lead times and supply agreements.
• Familiarity with DRAP regulations and international regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical imports.
• Supplier evaluation and performance management including quality and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop international suppliers and manufacturers for APIs, finished pharmaceutical products, excipients and packaging materials.
• Source pharmaceutical products from international markets aligned with commercial and strategic objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, payment terms and supply agreements with overseas suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with international manufacturers, exporters and distributors.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and Quality to ensure sourced products comply with DRAP and applicable international regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market intelligence and analyze global pharmaceutical trends, supplier capabilities, pricing and emerging sourcing opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality and delivery and manage supplier performance.

Role overview
