Job summary

Seer Solutions in Lahore is seeking a candidate proficient in both Manual and Automation Testing to design robust test plans, write detailed test cases, and ensure quality across Web and Mobile applications. You will configure Selenium, work with frameworks like TestNG and Cucumber/BDD, perform regression and performance testing, and support UAT with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or similar field.
• 4–6 years proven software testing experience in financial/banking domain.
• Expertise in Selenium Web and Mobile testing.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter/LoadRunner is a plus.
• Hands-on with TestNG, Cucumber/BDD, Robot Framework.
• Hands-on Mobile Automation with Appium or similar tool.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and defect tracking (JIRA/Zephyr).
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke and database testing.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Perform automation testing to support regression testing.
• Provide UAT testing support to external users and stakeholders.
• Explore and implement new testing strategies and techniques.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a similar field.
• 4 - 6 years of proven experience in the software testing of financial / banking domain & in Automation Testing.
• Expertise in Selenium Automation: Web and Mobile Applications or similar tools.
• Experience in Performance and Stress Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner is a plus.
• Hands on various Framework: TestNg, Cucumber/BDD, Robot Framework.
• Hands on Mobile Automation: Appium or similar Tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD is preferred.
• Working knowledge of defect tracking software (JIRA, Zephyr preferred).
• Knowledge on testing like Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Database etc.
• Excellent analytical skills & Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in services/API testing is a plus.

Must Have

Fintech or core banking domain experience.

T24 experience knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Both Manual and Automation Testing skills are required.
• Expertise in Automation Testing: Web and Mobile Applications.
• Awareness on Agile methodologies
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems
