Softpers Interactive in Lahore is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join our full-stack development team. You will work across multiple stacks and contribute to AI-powered applications on diverse client projects.

You'll develop with Python, Node.js, React, Next.js and Laravel, write clean code, review architectures, and participate in client meetings to communicate complex ideas. This role offers a competitive PKR 70,000–80,000 per month, 2 PM–11 PM shift, mentorship, and exposure to

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, FAST NUCES/COMSATS/NUST/PUCIT preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of professional or internship experience in software development.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Role Overview
We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our full-stack development team. You'll work across multiple technology stacks, contribute to AI-powered applications, and collaborate with experienced developers on diverse client projects.
Responsibilities

• Work with AI code agents and integrate LLM-powered features into applications
• Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Laravel
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with team members on architecture decisions and code reviews
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
• Participate in client meetings and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development
• Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development
• Working knowledge of Laravel/PHP (Optional)
• Familiarity with AI code agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with REST APIs and database management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (FAST NUCES, COMSAT, NUST and PUCIT)
• Minimum 6 months of professional or internship experience in software development
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Communication

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
