Job summary

Motive is seeking a Program Coordination professional to drive technical enablement initiatives for our SaaS platforms. You will coordinate cross‑functional outreach, translating complex customer needs into actionable guidance for Product and Engineering teams.

This role emphasizes data‑driven prioritization, clear written communication, and collaboration with Support, Product, and Enablement to improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, technical enablement, technical support, operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects from planning through execution.
• Understanding of SaaS products, technical troubleshooting, or support workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts and customer needs into clear guidance for development teams.
• Experience using data and feedback to prioritize improvements and measure program effectiveness.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
