This role emphasizes hands-on product management, user stories, prototyping, and data-driven decision making. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features on a fast-paced platform.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product management experience.
• Deep understanding of customer experience and identifying product gaps.
• Knowledge of databases and software development basics.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineers.
• Experience creating user stories and managing a backlog with Slack, Jira, and Asana.
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum or Kanban).
• Wireframing/prototyping with Figma or Sketch.
• Strong problem-solving and customer empathy.
• Excellent English communication and ability to motivate teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas, user stories, interaction flows, and sitemaps/navigations for the product.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop wireframes/prototypes that are clear and actionable.
• Write detailed specifications/PRDs covering functional and aesthetic aspects of builds.
• Create wireframes to guide tech teams on user experience.
• Analyze click flows and generate insights from data.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA to build the right product.
• Work with Engineering to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses and share actionable findings.
• Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing with feature content.
• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
• Perform validation testing of production releases and bug fixes.
