Job summary

Rayn Group in Islamabad seeks an Associate Partnerships & Delivery to drive business development, manage client engagements, and oversee contract delivery across public health and development projects. You will support EOIs, proposals, and donor reporting while coordinating with health, tech, and strategy teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, International Development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business development, partnerships, project delivery, consulting, international development, or related field.
• Experience in proposal development, including EOIs, concept notes, technical proposals, results frameworks, and theories of change.
• Experience working with donors, government agencies, NGOs, development partners, or international organizations.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, presentations, briefs, and donor-facing materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Slides and Excel.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into workflows with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Partnerships: conduct background research on donor priorities and funding trends; support EOIs, concept notes, and proposals; prepare presentations and briefs; maintain pipelines and dashboards.
• Contract & Client Management: serve as Contract Manager for assigned clients, ensure deliverables and payment schedules; coordinate with internal teams and partners; support donor reporting and communication; maintain trackers and dashboards.
• Research & Analysis: conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support proposal design and evaluations; analyze data to inform strategic recommendations; prepare visualizations and insights for client reports.
• Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Management: work with Public Health, Technology, and Strategy teams; document case studies and learnings; prepare communication materials and publications; promote Rayn’s brand through collaboration.

The Associate Partnerships & Delivery plays a pivotal role in advancing Rayn’s mission to leverage technology for impact in public health and social development. The Associate will support business development and project delivery across Rayn’s portfolio, working closely with public health, technology, and strategy teams. What you will bring to Rayn as Associate Partnership & Delivery

1. Business Development & Partnerships

• Conduct background research on donor priorities, public health programs, and funding trends across organizations such as BMGF, USAID, FCDO, Gavi, and UNICEF.
• Support development of EOIs, concept notes, and proposals, including problem analysis, theory of change, results frameworks, and partner coordination.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, briefs, and talking points for donor and government engagements.
• Maintain the opportunity pipeline and BD dashboards, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups.
• Contribute to positioning Rayn as a preferred Technology and Implementation Partner for health and impact-driven initiatives.

2. Contract & Client Management

• Serve as Contract Manager for assigned clients once projects are awarded, ensuring compliance with deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track milestones and quality of outputs.
• Support invoice preparation, donor reporting, and communication with clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date trackers, documentation, and reporting dashboards for all active projects.

3. Research & Analysis

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support proposal design, project evaluations, and thought leadership.
• Analyze and synthesize public health and socio-economic data to inform strategic recommendations.
• Prepare visualizations, summaries, and insights for use in client reports and internal decision-making.
• Support evidence generation efforts for impact reporting and donor engagement materials.

4. Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Management

• Work closely with the Public Health, Technology, and Strategy teams to ensure project design and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to internal learning through documentation of case studies, project insights, and success stories.
• Support preparation of communication materials, including decks, concept briefs, and publications for visibility and advocacy.
• Promote Rayn’s brand and positioning through collaboration, professionalism, and innovation.

Who We’re Looking For
