Job Overview:

The position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization’s goals. The HRBP maintains an effective understanding of the business unit's financial position, plans, culture, and competition.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
  2. Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies.
  3. Develop and improve HR processes related to promotions and transfers.
  4. Assist in restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
  5. Identify training needs and provide executive coaching as necessary.
  6. Offer performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Participate in evaluating training programs to ensure objectives are met.
  8. Support Workday adoption and enhancements across the company.
  9. Ensure compliance with Workday policies and processes within respective business units.
  10. Conduct weekly meetings with business units.
  11. Consult with line management to provide HR guidance.
  12. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  13. Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve complex cases.
  14. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and partner with the legal department as needed.
  15. Translate business goals and challenges into people strategies.
  16. Support business growth through leadership partnerships.
  17. Ensure compliance and fulfill requirements in recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, analytics, rewards, and recognition.
  18. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Human Resources.
  2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant domain.
  3. Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools (e.g., MS Office).
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to work on-site (Hybrid shift).
