This role supports the Fund Operations team by updating PM Summary, Debt database, NOI and CAPEX trackers and Fund Performance reports, uploading key documents on Intralinks, and updating KYC details on Investran. The candidate will prepare property, asset, or portfolio attributes and historical and current data on a quarterly basis. Basic Excel skills, financial knowledge, and 0–3+ years of experience in client reporting are required.

Your Team

The support functions of Fund Operations involve various reporting activities, data updates, and communications with investors. All team members collaborate to maintain accuracy, meet timelines, and uphold our standard of excellence.

Your Role
  • Support the Fund Operations team in various reporting activities.
  • Prepare Fund performance reports, quarterly reports, and consultant reports.
  • Download financials from Yardi and update NOI and CAPEX reports.
  • Send NAV statements, capital calls, and distributions notices to investors through Intralinks.
  • Navigate SOPs and training materials to perform daily activities.
  • Maintain excellent understanding of applications.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Show enthusiasm to learn additional activities or processes.
The Experience You Bring
  • Graduate or MBA in finance with outstanding academic achievements.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in client reporting, real estate, or fund administration; experience with Yardi is a plus.
  • Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in Real Estate Fund Operations or Fund administration.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in financial markets.
  • High learning ability and positive curiosity.
  • Independent and capable of taking on responsibility as a team member.

Academic Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in B.Com or an MBA in finance (preferred).
  • Equipped with a degree or equivalent qualification in Real Estate.

Employment Details

Full‑time, exempt employee. The workplace model supports a hybrid approach with at least three days per week in the designated office and the flexibility to work outside the office on two days. Collaboration with your direct manager will define a schedule that meets company expectations.
