Job summary

Ahya Technologies L.L.C. is seeking an analytical Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.

You will build and maintain models, analyze unit economics and performance against plan, and prepare reports that senior management and the board rely on. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver data-driven insights, support pricing decisions and help automate recurring finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles; tech startup a plus.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with knowledge of financial statements and unit economics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with driver-based budgets and three-statement models.
• High attention to detail and integrity when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term planning processes.

Join Ahya as an Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis and support the region’s net-zero transition.

We are seeking an analytical Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis to support the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, pricing analysis and management reporting. The role also supports day-to-day finance operations.

The role focuses on building and maintaining financial models, analyzing unit economics and performance against plan, and preparing the reports and analysis that senior management, and the board rely on.

What You’ll Do

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Build and run financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop business models and support pricing analysis for new products.
• Support pricing, contract and commercial-proposal decisions with margin and profitability analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing and Commercial) to deliver data-driven financial insights.
• Analyse unit economics and SaaS metrics across core products.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Prepare variance analyses, performance reviews and presentation materials for senior management.
• Prepare and support monthly management reports, and board and investor reporting packs.
• Help define, maintain and refine KPIs and standardised analytical frameworks used across the business.
• Participate in the month-end close process by supporting variance explanations and financial insights.

Finance Operations Support

• Assist the Finance team with day-to-day operations, including vendor and customer settlements, bank reconciliations and approval workflows.
• Help improve and automate recurring finance processes and reports as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field, with a strong academic track record.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, transaction services, audit or similar analytical roles; experience in a tech startup is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements, unit economics and basic financial modelling concepts.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with proven experience building driver-based budgets, forecasts and three-statement models from scratch.
• High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, a structured, process-oriented mindset and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
