Job summary

TechnoCares is seeking a vibrant Associate Content Creator to join our Digital Marketing and Employer Branding team in Lahore (on-site). Fresh graduates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply, and you will own the end-to-end content creation process from concept to publish.

You will shoot and edit short-form videos, design social graphics, write captions, and collaborate with HR and management to fuel our employer-brand narrative using modern AI tools.

Qualifications

• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Canva and at least one video-editing tool.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare content for TechnoCares' LinkedIn and other approved social media channels.
• Record employee interviews, office activities, technology demonstrations, and company events.
• Edit professional short-form videos, reels, and corporate highlights.
• Design attractive social media graphics, carousels, and recruitment posts.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and professional content.
• Coordinate with HR, technical teams, and management to collect content.
• Maintain the monthly content calendar and prepare content for management approval.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate creative production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Film & Television, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
