CureMD is seeking an Associate Clinical Consultant to transform patient care by developing clinical content, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with EMR and AI teams. You will contribute to evidence‑based guidelines and drive data‑driven improvements in a fast‑paced healthcare tech environment.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, training clinicians, and delivering measurable improvements in clinical efficiency and patient outcomes within our AI‑driven EMR solutions.

Qualifications

  • MBBS degree from a HEC Recognized University.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare informatics.
  • Knowledge of medical terminologies and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED CT).
  • Experience in clinical research, data analysis, and content development.
  • Strong understanding of evidence‑based medicine and clinical practice guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with US Healthcare system is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clinical content, including treatment pathways, order sets, and documentation templates for various medical specialties.
  • Analyze clinical workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement data‑driven, AI‑enhanced solutions to boost efficiency and patient care.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure clinical content is evidence‑based, up‑to‑date, and aligned with the latest medical guidelines.
  • Work closely with the EMR and AI development teams to seamlessly integrate clinical content and intelligent workflows into the software ecosystem.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure clinical content and workflows function as intended within the EMR and AI modules.
  • Provide training and support to clinicians and other end‑users on effectively utilizing the clinical content and intelligent workflows within the EMR.
  • Collaborate with top‑tier healthcare professionals and our agile tech team to continuously enhance clinical modules.
  • Drive measurable improvements in patient care, decision support, and clinical efficiency through innovative digital health and AI initiatives.
