Sukuk Technologies is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in our Lahore office. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with excellent time‑management and problem‑solving abilities who thrives in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Project management tools, especially Jira.
  • Prepare Project Reports.
  • Capacity management – keeping track of available capacity.
  • Resource management.
  • Estimate Techniques.
  • Track project progress and deliverables, ensuring they align with established timelines.
  • Help manage project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Facilitate collaboration and promote a positive team environment.
  • Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assisting in the overall delivery of the project.
Requirements
  • Qualification: BSCS/BSSE/BSIT.
  • 2‑3 years experience in project management.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization.
  • Passion for managing teams and driving results.
  • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement.
