• Using knowledge base / training material to resolve Customers concerns
• Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers
• Answering questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers

• Negotiating contracts and packages. Executing plans which will result in maximizing sale-in percentages
• Responsible to maintain Daily Report of Sales and Performance
