Job description

1. Control measurement of product according to given specification & tolerance stated in TDS or Sketch.
2. Assure use of approved material & approved construction by taking first output approval of each article.
3. Control inline defect rate with the co -operation of quality assurance & production staff.
4. Monitor & execute article wise trial for accurate line feeding with cooperation of production , IE & quality department.

5. Routine Function
5.1 Organize daily quality meeting
5.2 Check daily quality measurement sheets & implement preventive action.
5.3 Prepare daily defect rate analysis.
