Responsibilities

• Physically inspect the Raw Materials at the time of unloading at factory/ warehouse and ensure about the quality standards as per packing list.
• Sign the inspection report and give remarks incase of deviation from standard.
• Monitor the Production processes and ensure that diaper/ sanitary napkins manufactured are according to approved design, size, weight, dimensions, specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise the working of Quality Control Staff at stacker, grade-II and Lab. Monitor grading of diapers/ sanitary napkin as A, B, C and D category and check the reports of diapers/ sanitary napkin quantity segregated.
• Supervise and monitor the different Lab tests applied on diapers/ sanitary napkins for ensuring and improving quality as per standards and company policies. Verify the laboratory reports and intimate to Incharge/ Management about any deviation from standards.
• Visit all the places at Production Hall, Raw Materials Warehouse and Store, point out unclean areas to admin department for the purpose to maintain hygienic conditions.
• Check the stacking of Raw Materials at Production Hall/ Warehouse and ensure that they are properly placed and protected from environmental effects i.e., moisture, dust, temperature, sunlight etc.
• Check the safety devices installed at all points from time to time and ensures that they are in working condition.
• Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
