Responsibilities

• Manages the development of the production plan by collaborating with Supply Chain Planners and corporate demand planning teams.
• Analyzes data and trends to better plan people, equipment and materials usage.
• Works closely with associates in Production, Logistics, Maintenance, QA and Human Resources.
• Trains, coaches, mentors, and provides feedback/recognition to team and associates.
• Works with QA to ensure quality and conformance.
• Reduces shortages and excess inventory by monitoring finished goods inventory levels.
