Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with regional policies.


• Manage recruitment, compensation and benefits program, HRIS deployment and maintenance and employee relations.


• Recommend employee relations practices in order to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.


• Comply with statutory legal requirements and maintain effective liaison with various government/semi-government authorities and local agencies.


• Prepare periodic reports for management review.
