Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to own management reporting, MIS dashboards, and financial analytics. The role demands advanced Excel proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to convert raw financial data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will prepare weekly/monthly management reports, develop dashboards and KPI trackers, and support month-end activities. Prior experience in audit or IT/ software environments is a plus, with immediate joiner

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Finance reporting / MIS / analytics).
• Experience in audit firms or software/IT industries is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business operations and translating data into insights.
• Immediate joiner / short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly/monthly management reports (MIS) for leadership and business teams.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPI trackers and reporting templates.
• Perform financial analysis to support business decisions (revenue, costs, profitability, utilization).
• Support month-end reporting activities ensuring accuracy of key reporting packs.
• Ensure data integrity, reconciliations and accurate reporting across sources.
• Identify reporting gaps and automate/improve reporting processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and reporting needs.
• Explore Finance AI tools to improve reporting efficiency, variance analysis, and forecasting.
