Qualificações

• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory and vendor management.
• Experience with cross-functional communication and SOP compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, SOPs, procurement procedures, financial controls, and audits.
• Supervise daily supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Maintain vendor relationships and support cost optimization with accurate procurement records.
• Supervise staff, identify risks, and implement improvements for continuity of operations.

Job Description

Role & Responsibility

The Assistant Manager will previse personnel and ensure effective communication an d proper coordination of all requisition- related correspondence within the organization and with external vendors and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, SOPs, procurement procedures, financial contrds, and audit requirements.
• Supervise daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure timely fulfillment of departmental requirements.
• Maintain effective vendor relationships, support cost optirnization, and ensure accurate procurement documentation, inventory records, and reporting.
• Supervise supply chain personnel, identify operational risks, and implement process improvements to enhance e9iciency and ensure continuity of operations.
