Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Karachi is looking for a Fleet Manager responsible for overseeing vehicle maintenance and operations. The role includes ensuring all fleet vehicles are properly maintained, managing transport facilities, and preparing agreements with vendors. Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. This position requires strong organizational skills and proactive engagement with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Transport facility of Manager & above cars, its periodic maintenance, servicing.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment in the fleet are properly maintained, registered, licensed, tested.
• Ensure Vans inspection and settlement of employee’s queries regarding pick & drop facility.
• Visit the employee route and maintain the log sheet of all contract vehicles.
• Prepare weekly pick and drop roster and maintain as per the shift schedule.
• Perform all fleet management activities like procurement, repairing, maintenance, servicing.
• Discuss with departments the issues of vehicles that need to be addressed.
• Prepare Contract/ Agreement with transport/ Rent-a-Car vendors.
• Ensure payment of taxes and other govt. levies before due date.

• Prepare Contract/ Agreement with transport/ Rent-a-Car vendors.
• Ensure payment of taxes and other govt. levies before due date.
