RDX Sports is seeking an Assistant Director – Customer Support, Compliance & Excellence to lead global customer support and ensure regulatory compliance across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces. The role reports to the Vice President and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing large, global support teams, deep knowledge of e-commerce policies, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in global customer support and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and Amazon marketplace operations.
• Fluent English, with clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize customer support across multi-channel platforms.
• Develop and implement a compliance framework to manage risk.
• Lead internal audits and investigations to identify gaps.
