Penta Squad is seeking an ASO specialist to boost organic visibility and align it with paid app campaigns. You will optimize metadata, conduct keyword research, and run CRO tests to drive ranking growth, while also managing Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns.

The role focuses on connecting organic visibility with paid acquisition, improving installs, conversions, and retention, and delivering measurable growth results for our AI platform.

• Organic ASO — keyword research, metadata optimization, CRO, A/B testing, ranking growth

• App Growth — installs, conversion rates, retention, and acquisition efficiency
