Job summary

The Citizen Foundation is seeking an Area Manager to oversee 40 to 60 schools, backed by regional HR and Accounts teams to assist in staff recruitment and financial management. The role emphasizes inventory control, fleet logistics, repairs and maintenance, and strong community and partner engagement with civil authorities.

You will lead efforts to ensure smooth operations across activities, coordinate with Head Office for program logistics, and support program delivery from the Area level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 40 to 60 schools, ensuring effective operations and adherence to policy.
• Coordinate with regional HR for staff recruitment and with Accounts for financial management.
• Support ASM to manage inventory, fleet logistics, repairs and maintenance, and community engagement.
• Resolve issues with civil official departments including civil administration, revenue depts., police, etc.
• Lead coordination for transport, stationing of drivers, and adherence to safety standards.
• Plan and budget transport logistics for visits and exams, in coordination with Head Office teams.
• Provide logistical support for programs and events like School Awards, Rahbar, and Summer Camps.
