Job summary

Ahmed Construction Company (ACCO Private Limited) invites an Architecture Draftsman to join our design team. You will prepare detailed architectural working drawings and construction documents, develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and submission drawings in line with local regulations.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field, 2–5 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit preferred).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an Architecture Draftsman.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; Revit experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and construction documents.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Produce submission drawings in accordance with local building regulations.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from architects and clients.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs when required.
• Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and ready for construction.
