Job summary

The role requires collaboration with engineers, contractors and project teams, strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design concepts that meet their needs and budget.
• Create detailed architectural plans using CAD software.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Work closely with project teams including engineers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any design or construction issues.
• Review project plans for accuracy and make necessary revisions as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials and technologies to incorporate into designs.
