Job summary

Want More is seeking an Architecture Manager in Multan to oversee projects from initial design to construction, coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.

The role requires a strong track record in architectural design, leadership, and project management, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. You will guide a team and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in architectural design with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of local building codes regulations and standards in Multan.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software programs.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resources.
• Lead the design process from concept development to construction documents.
• Review and approve all architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project alignment with design intent.
• Oversee construction progress and provide solutions for any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality control.
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns or changes.
• Mentor and supervise junior architects on the team.
