BrightDigiX, a growing digital marketing agency in Lahore, is seeking an Appointment Setter to connect with potential international clients and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. The role requires night shifts and on-site work in Johar Town, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment.

You will cold call prospects, qualify leads, and articulate BrightDigiX services like Local SEO and Google Ads.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
• Experience with SEO and digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Strong English communication and professional phone manner.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and business owners
• Identify and qualify potential leads
• Introduce BrightDigiX and its digital marketing services
• Understand prospects' business needs and marketing challenges
• Generate interest and book qualified appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects through calls and other communication channels
• Handle basic objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments
• Meet daily and monthly calling and appointment-setting targets
• Communicate professionally with international clients, particularly businesses in the USA

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in cold calling or appointment setting
• Previous experience working with SEO and digital marketing campaigns
• Basic understanding of Local SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation
• Excellent English communication and conversational skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Ability to speak comfortably with business owners and decision-makers
• Previous experience targeting the US market is a plus
• Must be comfortable working the night shift
• Must be available for on-site work in Johar Town, Lahore
