Job summary

Translation Empire in Rawalpindi is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to develop high-quality proposals and bids that support growth. You will manage the end-to-end process, perform targeted research, and craft compelling summaries for management review.

The ideal candidate holds APMP Foundation or higher, has a degree in English language & Literature, and about 2 years of proposal-writing experience. This is an office-based role in DHA 1 Sector F.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in English language & Literature.
• 2 years of experience in proposal writing or bidding.
• APMP Foundation certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with proposal management tools is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research and draft compelling business proposals tailored to business requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and submit business proposals as bids.
• Address queries related to proposals and assess Terms of Reference (ToRs).
• Manage end-to-end bid process with timely submissions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to the content and presentation of proposals, including preparing management summaries.
• Ensure proposals reflect best practices in structure, content, and presentation.
• Apply APMP best practices to ensure high-quality proposals.
• Implement and maintain proposal development tools, templates, and processes for continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on proposal best practices.
