Responsibilities

• Upload and manage products listing on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring all listings are optimized for conversion.
• Create A+ Content by working closely with designers to enhance product pages.
• Send goods internationally via FBA, managing logistics and ensuring timely shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via Amazon messaging.
• Handle disputes and claims, ensuring smooth resolution and maintaining account health.
• Launch and optimize new PPC campaigns for better ACOS.
• Optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce ad spend inefficiencies.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Amazon policies to prevent listing suspensions.
• Regularly analyze sales performance, return rates, and competition to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee deals and promotions, ensuring discounts and campaigns align with sales objectives.

Requirements
